We’re a distributed, founder-led team building institutional-grade infrastructure — now scaling global user acquisition via performance marketing, starting with a high-ownership Ads Lead reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities (Ads Performance Focused)

• Run & scale Google Ads + Social Ads (Meta, TikTok, X, Reddit)
  → Target CAC < $50 | ROAS > 5x
  → Manage full funnel: Awareness → Wallet Connect → First Restake

• Own annual ad budget > $500K, with weekly reporting via GA4 + on-chain dashboards

• Lead a remote team of 5–8 (Ads Specialists, Content, Community) — async-first environment

• Build and execute the growth flywheel:
  Airdrop → Paid Ads → Community Activation → TVL Inflows

• Report directly to the CEO — no middle management, full ownership of growth P&L

Requirements (Ads Expertise Mandatory)

• 3+ years hands-on ad management (Google Ads required)

• Managed ≥ $500K/year ad spend (attach GA4 / Meta reports or case studies)

Strong Advantage:

• Proven high-ROAS campaigns in Crypto / DeFi / Fintech / Gaming

• Experience scaling campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads
  (>1M impressions, positive ROAS)

• Familiarity with wallet connect flows, on-ramps, KYC/AML funnels

Not Required:

• CMO title

• 8+ years of experience

• Native English

Must Have:

• Fluent professional English (Slack, Zoom, async writing)
